Many of the sponsored students are orphans, with AIDS as a probable cause of many of the parental deaths. There is not a family in our community that has not lost someone to the disease. The gospel has an additional urgency in a culture where death is a constant presence.

We are now back in the United States and living in Mt. Vernon, Missouri.
